The Curation: Volume 8
The UK Hotel List, a Dreamy Roadtrip Itinerary through Southern England, My Guide to Classic New York, Apartment Rentals in Rome, and a Spotlight on French Polynesia
Hello you good people with good taste. This week is a big one. The full UK Hotel list. My guide to classic New York. A dreamy south English roadtrip. Two hidden gem resorts in French Polynesia to have on your radar. A great option for apartment rentals in Rome. And my links of the week. This one took a few really late nights, but I think it was worth it. I hope you love it, I really do!
The UK Hotel List
I said I was going to do a list of the UK 100, i.e. my top 100 hotel choices in the country, besides London. But, I decided I might as well just share the whole damn list, why not? 306 hotels in total. Including an updated London list! I’m really proud of this. This is the testament to the long game - it took so many years for this curation to come to fruition, but now it’s fantastic. Nothing made the cut that isn’t special. As always, the hotels with an asterisk (*) are my personal top choices, for my personal preferences. Every single hotel is one that I’d choose for a friend, client, family member, or myself - depending on budget, taste and type of trip. The UK is a small country, but wow - lots of great hotels. A lot of branding that’s a bit too cut-and-paste, but that’s neither here nor there, just a note. Consider this the only list you need for a trip to the UK that involves hotels. Yes, including Scotland and Wales. I hope you love it, and find it helpful for years of travel to come.
